You'll handle real electrical work on our homes, start to finish: rough-in, finish work, and testing, inside our climate-controlled Salinas factory. Wiring a modular home is a different process than typical site-built work, and you'll pick up how we do it here.

We are a family-owned company that builds homes and ADUs about 97% inside our own factory, then crane-delivers and sets them on-site. This is a real operation with a full factory floor and office, room to grow, and a craftsman trainer with 40+ years of building experience. The people who work hard here move up.

Most of your time is in the factory. When a job needs on-site work (utility hookups and testing at the client's property), you'll get advance notice, use your own vehicle to meet us at the job site, and work a fixed Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM there, the same as a normal factory day.

• ·Rough-in wiring, boxes, and panels, start to finish.
• ·Finish work: fixtures, devices, and trim.
• ·Test and verify every electrical system before a home ships.
• ·On-site utility hookups and testing at the client's property when a job calls for it.

• ·Real electrical work experience. You know the fundamentals cold and carry rough-in through finish and testing with confidence.
• ·Hard-working, dependable, and detail-focused. A wrong connection doesn't get past you.
• ·Punctual, safety-minded, and able to follow a plan set and direction accurately.
• ·Comfortable working in English on a team.
• ·A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for the on-site days that come up.

• ·Location: 1610 Moffett Street, Salinas, CA 93905 (our factory), plus occasional on-site work when a job calls for it.
• ·Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, steady hours year-round with a paycheck you can count on. On-site days run your normal business hours.
• ·Pay: $30–$40/hour to start (DOE), about $62,400–$83,200/yr at full-time hours.
• ·Benefits: 401(k), paid vacation, holiday, and sick leave, employee discount, and health, dental, and vision coverage starting October 1, 2026.
