Foundation & Concrete Crew
$30–$45/hr · Slab Foundations · Foundation Crew or Foundation Lead · On-Site, some weekends · Salinas, CA + Tri-County
Benefits
- Foundation Crew, $30–$38/hour: mostly slab foundations. Layout, excavation and grading, forming, rebar, anchor bolts and hold-downs, pouring and finishing, working to a plan set alongside the crew.
- Foundation Lead, $38–$45/hour: everything Foundation Crew does, plus you run the pour. You read the foundation plan, set out the layout, direct the crew, check the work against the plan before inspection, and keep the job on schedule.
Drywall Finisher & Painter
$35–$45/hr · Drywall + paint, one craft · Indoor Factory · Salinas
Benefits
- Hang, tape, mud, sand, and texture drywall to a clean, ready-to-paint finish.
- Prep, prime, and lay down paint by spray, roller, and brush, with sharp cut-in lines and no runs or misses.
- Patch and touch up drywall and paint after a home is set on-site so it looks move-in ready.
Why Framework First
Family-owned
Not venture-backed. Decisions are made by the family that founded the company, and people are treated that way.
Real craft
We build nearly the whole home in our own factory. You will see the finished product roll out the door and onto a truck.
Work that matters
Every home we deliver houses a family, a parent, or a renter. The work is tangible and it helps people.
