The ADU Designer

Watch your home come together, before it's built.

Once you sign up for a feasibility study, you get access to the ADU Designer, where you customize everything yourself: floor plan, exterior style, colors, finishes, appliances, and hardware. Configure the home exactly how you want it, and see the price for everything you include, and everything you don't.

Unlock It With Your Feasibility Study

The Designer opens for you once your feasibility study is underway.

Every home starts from the same set of real choices, not a single fixed template. Configure across 14 models and three exterior styles, then layer in dozens of layout, bedroom, bathroom, and finish combinations until the home is exactly yours.

What You Configure

Five things you control, start to finish.

01

Floor plan

Pick from the real layout options for whichever of our 14 models fits your lot.

02

Exterior style

Classic Craftsman comes standard on every model. Urban Farmhouse and Ultra Modern are upgrades, with pricing that adjusts by model size.

03

Colors & finishes

Body color, trim color, door stain, and roof color, plus interior flooring, cabinetry, and countertop options.

04

Appliances & hardware

Appliance packages, cabinet hardware, and fixtures, all itemized as you add or swap them.

05

Real-time pricing

The price updates live as you configure, so you see exactly what everything you include costs, and what leaving something out saves.

A Real Look Inside

Not a mockup. This is the actual tool.

The footage on this page is a real screen recording of the Designer in use, not a rendering of what it might look like. Once your feasibility study confirms your lot and model, you get your own login and start configuring.

  • Every option shown updates your real price as you pick it
  • Configured for the specific model your feasibility study recommends
  • Your finished configuration becomes your signed build contract

ADU Designer FAQ

Questions before you get there.

Can I use the ADU Designer before my feasibility study?

Not yet. The Designer's layout options and pricing are specific to your lot and the model your feasibility study confirms will fit, so it opens once your study is underway rather than being open to browse beforehand.

What can I actually customize?

Floor plan, exterior style, exterior colors and trim, interior finishes, appliances, and hardware. Every model has dozens of layout, bedroom, bathroom, and finish combinations to choose from.

Does customizing cost extra?

Classic Craftsman is our standard, included exterior finish on every model. Urban Farmhouse and Ultra Modern are upgrades, and the exact upgrade fee varies by model size, so the Designer shows your real price as you select them rather than a flat rate. See the three styles in more detail on our styles page.

Does my price change after I finish configuring?

No. Your configuration in the Designer becomes your build contract, and your price locks in once you sign it. It's all-inclusive, so there are no surprise change orders after your design is finalized.
